About Me
I am intrigued by people, fascinated by the uniqueness of each person I encounter. Throughout my long career as a therapist, spiritual companion, and life coach, my aim has always been to move beyond repair and self-improvement, toward a life of wholeness and flow. I believe the most trustworthy way of getting to know a person is to learn what they love, so here are some of the things I love: I love learning and teaching, spontaneity and collaboration. I love conversation, the way it forms us into better versions of ourselves. I love art and music, humor and play, cycling and hiking in the mountains. I love a good mystery novel. I love travel and nature. I adore my family, especially my grandkids. My bliss is any moment Iām hanging out with my people, whoever they may be at the time, sharing a meal, a beer, a concert, or a great conversation.
